A Period Villa with Modern Luxury

You enter through the original arched doorway, with its stained-glass fanlight and wrought-iron detailing. Inside, the ground floor is filled with natural light. The spacious reception room has arched openings, tall windows and crystal chandeliers, and it flows into a dining area for six and a separate TV lounge. Throughout these rooms you'll find marble-effect floors, classic wall mouldings and gold accents.

A glazed winter garden, with a white timber vaulted ceiling and French doors to the terrace, links the house to the garden all year round.

Fully Equipped Designer Kitchen

The kitchen has handleless cabinetry, marble-effect worktops and an induction hob. Built-in appliances include ovens, a microwave, a coffee machine and a wine cooler. A glazed sliding partition opens it to the adjoining lounge, which makes the space easy to use for both family life and entertaining.

6 Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms

There are six bright bedroom suites with herringbone parquet, extensive built-in wardrobes and elegant chandeliers. One suite has a period stone fireplace and its own sitting area.

The five bathrooms are finished to a boutique-hotel standard. The principal bathrooms have onyx-effect stone walls, freestanding bathtubs, walk-in rain showers, brushed-gold fittings, backlit niches and mirrors, and a double vanity.
